Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at Polyclinic located in Sohar. The Clinic Manager will be Responsible for Overseeing the Day-to-Day Operations of the Clinic, Managing Staff, and Ensuring that all Patients Receive High-Quality Care. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for Managing Financial Operations, Including Budgeting, Billing, and Revenue Cycle Management.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare management or a related field
2. Experience in a healthcare management role, with a proven track record of managing staff and overseeing financial operations
3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and maintain positive relationships with patients and other stakeholders
4. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software systems
7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
8. Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing the best possible care for patients
