As a Product Picker at our supermarket, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the products they need accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve products from the store shelves based on customer orders.
2. Ensure that selected items meet quality standards and are not damaged or expired.
3. Pack products securely and accurately according to order specifications.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and storage areas.
5. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently fulfill orders during peak periods.
8. Assist with stocking shelves and restocking products as needed.
9. Provide friendly and helpful customer service when interacting with customers during order pickups.
10. Operate equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
