As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring the well-being of our dedicated team members. **Responsibilities:**
1. **Talent Acquisition:**
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. **Employee Relations:**
- Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

4. **Performance Management:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
