Should have good experience (minium 2-3 years) in carpentary works & should have knowledge to use all type of carpentry machine.
He must speak arabic language. And he should know how to get the work by the labors. (Team Work)
He should also knowledge about marketing & should know how to handle the customers.

کارپینٹری کے کاموں میں اچھا تجربہ (کم سے کم 2-3 سال) ہونا چاہیے اور ہر قسم کی کارپینٹری مشین استعمال کرنے کا علم ہونا چاہیے۔
اسے عربی زبان بولنی چاہیے۔ اور اسے معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ مزدوروں سے کام کیسے حاصل کیا جاتا ہے۔ (ٹیم ورک)
اسے مارکیٹنگ کے بارے میں بھی علم ہونا چاہئے اور اسے معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ صارفین کو کس
طرح سنبھالنا ہے۔


ينبغي أن يكون لديه خبرة جيدة (الحد الأدنى 2-3 سنوات) في أعمال النجارة ويجب أن يكون لديه المعرفة باستخدام جميع أنواع آلات النجارة.
يجب أن يتكلم اللغة العربية. وينبغي أن يعرف كيفية الحصول على العمل من قبل العمال. (العمل بروح الفريق الواحد)
يجب أن يكون لديه أيضًا معرفة بالتسويق ويجب أن يعرف كيفية التعامل مع العملاء
