Job Duties:

Provide high-quality patient care and support.
Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and administer medication as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Collaborate with medical professionals to implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families.
Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatment.
Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare field.
2+ years of experience as a nurse or caregiver in a clinical or home care setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with healthcare safety standards and medical regulations.
Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
