Description

A well reputed company in Muscat is looking for Outdoor Salesman for their Aluminium Division.

The ideal candidate must have following abilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Understand the features and benefits of aluminum products, including various applications and specifications, to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
6. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of aluminum products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
7. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics to management.
9. Work closely with other departments, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
10. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards while conducting sales activities.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.
12. Must have Omani valid driving license.
