Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Diagnostics & Module Cloning Specialist to oversee and manage our new venture focused on automotive diagnostics, ECU/TCU module cloning, and related technical services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of a forward-thinking, tech-driven automotive company.

Key Responsibilities:

Automotive Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for a wide range of vehicle systems, identifying and resolving issues with accuracy.
Module Cloning: Lead the process of ECU and TCU cloning, ensuring quality and reliability in automotive system repairs and replacements.
Software Integration: Work with embedded software and diagnostic tools to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle system integration.
Client Relations: Communicate with customers, explaining diagnostic results and offering tailored solutions for their vehicle needs.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest in automotive diagnostics, technology, and module cloning methods to maintain high-quality service standards.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the effective execution of diagnostic and cloning tasks.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring diagnostics and cloning services are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets industry standards and that all tools and software used are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and ECU/TCU module cloning.
Strong understanding of automotive electronics, embedded systems, and related diagnostic tools.
Proficiency with automotive software, coding, and reprogramming.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
A background in automotive technology or engineering is preferred.
Previous experience in managing technical teams or projects is a plus.
