Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ruwi Sales Representative to join our growing team at VMAX GROUP. This role is critical to our "26-Year Ruwi Business Innovation Plan" and focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our industrial lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional public relations skills, negotiation expertise, and in-depth product knowledge to effectively represent our brand in the competitive industrial market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (40%)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Ruwi territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular updates
Customer Relationship Management (30%)
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including industrial facilities, commercial establishments, and government entities
Conduct regular client visits to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Technical Consultation & Product Demonstration (20%)
Provide expert technical guidance on industrial lighting products, including specifications, installation requirements, and performance characteristics
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for complex client requirements
Stay updated on product developments, industry standards, and emerging technologies
Administrative & Reporting (10%)
Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in the CRM system
Prepare weekly sales reports, market analysis, and competitive intelligence summaries
Participate in regular team meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs
Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and technical support
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, lighting solutions, or related technical fields
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of industrial lighting specifications and technical parameters
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Personal Attributes:
Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel within the Ruwi territory and occasionally regionally
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the lighting industry or electrical products sector
Existing network of contacts in the industrial and commercial sectors in Oman
Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainable lighting solutions
Professional sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Salesperson)
Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments
