Job Description:
Nour al Sharqiya, tourism company in Oman is seeking an organized and motivated Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients and partners, content creation (brochure, newsletter...) and social media management.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails
Prepare and edit documents and presentations
Manage social media
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, English
Proficiency in Office pack + knowledge on Canva
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely and as part of a team

8 hours a day with 30min breaks
37,5 hours a week
1 week training

Salary :
325 Omr/ùonth
+ 5929
