Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing transporters, and ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services. This role requires a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, industry expertise, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients for transportation services, building a strong customer base in Oman and the Gulf region.

Transporter Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with transporters, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth coordination for cargo movements.
Market Research & Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the logistics industry.

Revenue Generation:
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain excellent customer relationships, address client concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Negotiation & Contracting:
Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with clients and transporters to optimize cost efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.

Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business

Nationality Preference: Indian candidates are preferred due to regional business requirements.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is a plus.

Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated professional with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow the business.
