We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company and assist the owner with key business responsibilities.

Manage and supervise company operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Work closely with the owner to assist in strategic decision-making and the execution of business goals.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to meet performance and quality standards.
Oversee financial and operational planning, reporting, and administration.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Age: 45-50 years or older.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing companies or similar leadership roles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Fluent in English,
