Project Manager – Events & Brand Activation

We are a regional brand activation agency across the GCC. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences.

What You’ll Do:
Plan, manage, and execute events & brand activations from concept to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver projects on time & within scope
Solve challenges on the go while keeping an eye on the big picture
Bring creativity, innovation, and energy to every project

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in event management, brand activations, or experiential marketing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
A problem-solver with a hands-on approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
