We Are Hiring | Project Director – Arabic Mandatory

Job Location: Oman

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee real estate development projects from planning to completion.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in real estate development and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, contracts, and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership and project execution skills.
- Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
