Job Location: Oman

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee real estate development projects from planning to completion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate development and end-to-end project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Relevant professional certifications in project management, such as PMP, are preferred.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, contracts, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership and project execution skills.
