Description

Highly Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain Microsoft Cloud Services
including Microsft365 full suite, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure Files, and Azure
AVD support, deploy, troubleshooting and Configuration support, review, and
enhancements as per best practices or changes.
• Highly Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain Microsoft Cyber Security
Cloud Services including Microsft365 Security suite Defender EPP, EDR and XDR,
and Microsoft Purview “Data Classifications” support, deploy, troubleshooting and
Configuration support, review, and enhancements as per best practices or changes.
• Highly Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain Network including
FortiGate Firewalls, Fortinet Switches and Wireless support, deploy,
troubleshooting and Configuration support, review, and enhancements as per best
practices or changes.
• Highly Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain Microsoft environment
including Operating Systems, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP including
patching, support, troubleshooting and Configuration support, review and
enhancements as per best practices.
• Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain VEEAM Backup including
support, Upgrade, troubleshooting and Configuration Backup & Restore support,
review and enhancements as per best practices and changes.
• Knowledge and experience to operate and maintain VMWARE and Hyper-V Hosts
including support, deploy, troubleshooting and Configuration support, review and
enhancements as per best practices.
• Knowledge and experience to maintain HPE Storage and Servers including
hardware support and replacement, OS and firmware upgrade and troubleshooting
and Configuration support, review and enhancement as per best practice
