Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating designated equipment and tools to perform production tasks in accordance with company requirements and training. A key responsibility is the loading and unloading of silicon rods within the workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate specific production equipment or tools as instructed during training and in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Perform tasks such as loading and unloading silicon rods efficiently and accurately.
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or contamination.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
Support team members to meet daily production targets and quality expectations.
