Description

We are hiring an Operation Manager for our outlet.
He should have strong experience in the food and beverage industry.
He must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Oversee daily operations in restaurant, Manage inventory and supplier relationship to ensure quality and cost control.
Monitor financial performance including track sales,cost control and profitability, implement cost control measures.
Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training and performance.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff and management,
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Reduce waste and ensure proper storage and rotation.
Plan and execute project to improve operational performance.
Salary will be 450 to 500 OMR depend upon experience.
Visa and Accomodation will be provided by company.
