Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily branch operations and bookings

Handle customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and in person

Support with marketing and social media promotions

Manage vehicle schedules and availability

Help with car pick-ups and drop-offs when needed

Ensure vehicles are clean, documented, and ready for rental

Work closely with the manager to support business growth

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Must have a valid Omani driver’s license

Experience in customer service, marketing, or car rental is a plus

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer tools

Friendly, well-organized, and willing to take initiative

Basic English or Arabic (or both)
