Description

Looking for an office administrator for a manpower supply company.
Location: Muscat
Job responsibilities are:
Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices to clients based on manpower deployment.
Payroll Coordination: Collect timesheets and assist in processing worker salaries.
Document Management: Maintain organized records of employees and client contracts.
Client & Worker Communication: Act as a liaison for updates, queries, and issue resolution.
Scheduling & Deployment: Coordinate worker schedules and ensure timely deployment.
Office Supply Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment needs.
Recruitment Support: Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding documentation.
Compliance Monitoring: Track visas, licenses, and legal documentation for compliance.
Petty Cash Handling: Manage minor cash expenses and maintain accurate records.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on attendance, billing, and administrative tasks
