Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Operations Manager to oversee and manage all daily operational activities. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of services meets the highest quality standards, optimizing procedures, and leading the operations team to achieve company objectives and surpass client expectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage, lead, and support field and administrative teams, providing necessary guidance and training.
Ensure the quality of services delivered meets client agreements and company standards.
Maintain effective and continuous communication with clients to understand their requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across all work sites.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a managerial or administrative role, preferably within the facilities management sector or similar service industries.
Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Nationality/Residency: Preference will be given to Omani nationals or current residents of the Sultanate of Oman with a valid and transferable residency visa.
Skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
