Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating site activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.



Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and closing of fit-out projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Support procurement of materials and subcontract packages
• Track costs, variations, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
• Assist in preparing method statements, RFIs, submittals, and approvals
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Support snagging, handover, and close-out processes



Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, etc. )
• Strong understanding of fit-out construction processes and materials
• Experience coordinating MEP and finishing trades
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD / Project tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
