We are seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team at our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager (4-star hotel experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards

Proven ability to manage staff and handle guest concerns professionally

Basic financial management and reporting skills

Please note: Restaurant Managers will not be considered

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily hotel operations

Supervise and lead all hotel staff

Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

Monitor hotel performance, budgets, and reports

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
