Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure full compliance with Oman Labour Law, Ministry regulations, and employment standards

2. Manage recruitment process including manpower planning, interviews, and onboarding

3. Handle employment contracts, renewals, and employee documentation

4. Oversee visa processing, labour clearance, medicals, and government relations coordination

5. Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling

6. Manage employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

7. Administer warnings, investigations, and disciplinary actions legally and fairly

8. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

9. Monitor probation evaluations, confirmations, and performance appraisals

10. Ensure proper record keeping for audit and legal purposes

11. Coordinate end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and terminations

12. Guide management on legal risks and compliance matters

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2. Minimum 5–8 years HR experience in Oman

3. Strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law & MoL procedures

4. Experience in visa process, manpower clearance & contracts

5. Good communication skills in English (Arabic advantage)

6. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to handle disciplinary matters professionally
