Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience (preferably in a 3- to 5-star property)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize profitability
• Experience with property management systems (PMS)
• Hospitality degree or relevant certification preferred
