Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and target-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives for WiFi services. This field-based role involves promoting and selling internet packages directly to customers, with full support from an experienced team leader.

What We Offer:

Company-provided vehicle and fuel for daily field visits

Ongoing training and team leader support


Key Responsibilities:

Visit homes to promote and sell WiFi packages

Clearly explain service benefits and features

Submit accurate customer details and completed orders

Achieve a minimum of 11 sales per month

Work collaboratively with your team


Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable under pressure

Open to feedback and eager to improve

Sales experience is a plus but not required


Salary Structure:

Target: 11 sales = OMR 300

If target not met, salary is performance-based:

1–4 sales = OMR 10 per order

5–6 sales = OMR 120

7–8 sales = OMR 165

9–10 sales = OMR 225

11 sales = OMR 300


Bonus commission for each sale beyond 11
