We're Hiring: Data Analyst (Sales Background)
Location: Hamriya, Ruwi, Muscat, Oman
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Salary Range: OMR 200 – 400 per month
We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong sales background to join our team in Hamriya, Ruwi, Muscat. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, possess a solid understanding of accounting, sales, inventory, or reporting, and have a typing speed of 30–60 WPM.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales, inventory, and financial data to support business decisions
• Create and manage reports using Excel and other data tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve business performance
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
Requirements
• Proven experience in data analysis (preferably within sales or inventory)
• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc. )
• Prior experience in accounting, inventory management, sales, or reporting
• Typing speed between 30–60 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good communication skills to present findings to non-technical teams
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• SQL/database experience
• Background in retail or e-commerce industries
