Description

A real estate company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for property viewings

Respond to messages and customer inquiries promptly

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Handle tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure

Requirements:

Fast, energetic, and proactive

Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory

English is a plus

Preferably residents of Al Khoudh or nearby areas

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

Working Hours:

6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday)

From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Friday off

Location: Al Khoudh, Muscat
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
