We are a leading resort/hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and support the HR department in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection processes.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Handle HR-related documentation, contracts, and policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Support employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives.

Coordinate training and development activities.

Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience in HR Department (hospitality experience is must).

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
