Goldenspoon Muscat is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee and manage our daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day operations.
* Lead and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
* Prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Operations Management (preferably in F&B or Hospitality).
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
* Valid Oman Driving License
