Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator – Hotel | Muscat, Oman

Are you a dedicated HR professional looking to bring your expertise to a dynamic hospitality environment? We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at a well-established hotel in Muscat.

Location: Muscat, Oman
Position: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist in implementing HR policies, training programs, and performance reviews.

Liaise with department heads to resolve HR-related matters.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources operations, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Proven experience managing payroll systems and HR documentation.

Strong understanding of Omani labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
