We are looking for a Female Secretary / Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day office administration and act as a communication bridge with our vendors in Pakistan and India. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing and maintaining documents, coordinating with vendors via email and phone, and supporting management with procurement-related follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, strong communication skills in English , proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask effectively.
