Description

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and helps ensure smooth HR operations. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support, and general HR inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes like posting job ads and communication with interested candidates.
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files)
Process HR documentation (contracts, letters, policy updates)
Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Candidate must have known English & Hindi Language.
