We are now expanding aggressively across Oman and the GCC, powered by our unified Odoo ERP system and a clear roadmap toward IPO readiness.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function across both (retail) and (wholesale). The right candidate will play a key role in building a modern, automated finance department that supports our growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audit.
• Ensure accurate monthly closings, consolidated reports, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Implement and optimize Odoo ERP for finance, cost control, and inventory integration.
• Lead financial planning, cash flow management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare management dashboards, profitability analysis, and branch performance reports.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors to maintain compliance and funding efficiency.
• Drive automation and digital transformation of finance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, IFRS, and internal controls.
• Proven experience managing a small finance team.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
