We are seeking a dynamic and experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role's duties include managing staff, implementing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, an understanding of retail trends and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Qualification: Masters in Business Administration
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Electronics Retail Sector
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of showroom operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Maintain an attractive and clean showroom environment that aligns with the brand image.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all jewellery lines.
