Job Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring smooth production, distribution, and sales activities within the branch. This role involves managing teams across production, quality control, logistics, and sales, ensuring adherence to company standards, and achieving operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise all branch operations, including production, warehousing, logistics, sales, and administration.

Ensure production targets are met with the highest quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).

Oversee inventory control, procurement, and cost management to maximize profitability.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and compliance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and local customers.

Prepare and analyze branch performance reports (sales, production, expenses, KPIs).

Lead, coach, and motivate staff to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and local regulatory requirements
Salary depends on Experince
