Hiring: Property Manager in Oman

Location: Muscat, Oman

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing real estate team in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial properties.

Handle tenant inquiries, leasing, and renewals.

Coordinate property maintenance and inspections.

Maintain client relationships and ensure high occupancy rates.

Prepare monthly property reports and updates.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in property or facility management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must be based in Oman (Muscat preferred).

Driving license is an advantage.
