🔹 Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented female Executive Secretary to join our team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office responsibilities efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.

Prepare reports, presentations, and letters in English.

Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics.

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.

🔹 Requirements

Nationality: (Arab native).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a secretary or administrative role.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and presentation.

🔹 Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: 300 – 600 OMR (depending on experience).
