Salary: OMR 400 – 600 (based on experience)

Car: Company Provided

Fuel Allowance: OMR 60

🔹 Job Summary

We are hiring a professional and target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in Interior Fit-Out Sales.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years GCC experience with a proven track record in selling interior turnkey and fit-out projects from grey-structure stage until completion.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and target potential clients across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Generate leads through site visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.

Maintain a strong and effective sales pipeline.


2️⃣ Client Meeting & Requirement Analysis

Visit sites after the grey structure stage.

Understand detailed requirements for interior works.

Present company portfolio, concepts, BOQs, and material samples professionally.


3️⃣ Sales Negotiation & Closing

Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Follow-up for timely payment collection.


4️⃣ Coordination With Design & Technical Teams

Work closely with designers, estimators, engineers, and project teams.

Ensure BOQs and drawings align with client requirements.

Communicate project updates clearly.


5️⃣ Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide updates throughout project execution.

Ensure customer satisfaction until project completion.


6️⃣ Market Knowledge

Stay updated with GCC interior market trends, new materials, and competitor pricing.

Suggest strategies to enhance business growth.

🔹 Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years GCC experience (mandatory)

Must have Interior Fit-Out Sales experience (mandatory)

Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, flooring, MEP basics, and materials.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Oman driving license preferred.
