Description


To observe and coordinate the overall operations of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the field of lighting and electronics.

Responsibilities
Involve, develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
Oversee all departments including Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Warehouse operations and participate in meetings and decision making sessions.
Monitor financial performance and provide management reports according to the company achieves profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
Prepare regular performance reports for the Board of Directors and ensure execution of strategic decisions.
Motivate and accompany the management team and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements in units
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in the electronics or lighting industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent understanding of financial management and business operations.
Proficiency in computer systems .
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the local market and supplier networks.
