We are looking for a skilled Pastry and Cake Decorator to prepare, decorate, and present high-quality cakes and desserts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, creativity in cake design, and experience working in a professional bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and decorate cakes for orders (custom cakes, mini cakes, celebration cakes)
• Perform cake finishing: frosting, glazing, piping, ganache, and buttercream work
• Create simple to advanced decorations (flowers, textures, toppers, themed designs)
• Assist in preparing pastry and dessert components as needed
• Follow standardized recipes and decoration guidelines
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Handle orders efficiently and meet deadlines
• Properly store ingredients and finished products

Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience in pastry or cake decorating (bakery or cake shop preferred)
• Knowledge of buttercream, whipped cream, fondant basics, and chocolate work
• Ability to work with different cake sizes and designs
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
