๐Ÿงพ Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Officer with experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects.
๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities
Source and procure interior fit-out materials including joinery items, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and accessories
Obtain, analyze, and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to meet specifications and deadlines
Ensure materials comply with approved drawings, samples, BOQs, and client requirements
Maintain and update supplier and vendor databases
Monitor deliveries, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
Control procurement costs and support project budget planning
Handle procurement documentation including submittals, approvals, delivery notes, and invoices
Coordinate with the finance department for invoice verification and payment processing
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards
๐ŸŽ“ Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any relevant discipline)
1–3 years of procurement experience in interior design, fit-out, joinery, or construction industry
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and suppliers
Experience in local and international sourcing
Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory)
โญ Preferred Skills
Experience in Oman / UAE / GCC fit-out market
Knowledge of import procedures, logistics, and customs clearance
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
