Description

Showroom manager responsibilities:
• Manage all day-to-day showroom operations independently.
• Maintain updated product knowledge and ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Supervise and support the assigned Sales Consultant to achieve sales targets and provide interior design assistance.
• Attend and convert walk-in customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Oversee showroom display updates, inventory tagging, and merchandise arrangements.
• Handle showroom cash, product inventory, and ensure proper customer documentation.
• Coordinate directly with the Operations Department for daily matters, issues, and approvals.
• Work closely with the warehouse/operations team for timely deliveries, dispatches, and stock movement.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and coordinate confirmations with the Accounts Department.
• Use the assigned software system to enter sales, print receipts, and maintain customer data.
• Submit daily activity reports and cash book via email to the Operations Department and Management.
• Report any showroom needs, customer issues, or support requirements to the Operations Department promptly.
• Support corporate sales and design teams when needed for specific showroom-based projects or coordination.
• Conduct internal showroom audits and ensure SOPs and company standards are consistently followed.
