We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to manage our cafe and gallery in Boushar.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager in a GCC country
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Smart, proactive, and excellent at multitasking
• Experience in daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service
• Ability to handle inventory, suppliers, and basic reporting
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cafe and gallery operations
• Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Handle scheduling, stock control, and operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and brand standards
