Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Odoo & ERP Web Developer for a leading IT software development company in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Odoo ERP, system customization, web development, and business process automation. The company offers excellent growth and salary increments based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules
• Customize ERP solutions according to client business requirements
• Design and develop web-based ERP applications
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Maintain documentation and provide technical support
• Work closely with the project and implementation teams
• Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity
• Assist during the probation period and prove technical capability
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Odoo ERP & Web Development
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in Odoo customization and module development
• Understanding of business workflows and ERP processes
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be currently in Oman with a valid visa (2 years remaining)
