Location: Muscat, Oman · Type: Full-time
About ARW Trading ARW Trading is a property management company in Oman, delivering owners association (OA) management, property and facilities management, and real estate brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads into clients: owners associations, property owners and developers.
• Present ARW Trading's services, negotiate terms and close agreements.
• Follow up professionally on outstanding dues and payment recovery from owners and tenants.
• Manage the lead pipeline, keep records up to date and submit regular reports.
• Attend client meetings and site visits across Muscat.
• Achieve monthly business development and recovery targets.
Requirements
• Male candidates only.
• Own car and valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with sales and a proven ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with the real estate sector in Oman.
• Fluent Arabic and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable working to targets.
