Description



he Promoter is responsible for driving Power Tools business in Oman by actively engaging with tradesmen and small-to-mid size workshops, and by activating small dealers to connect them with Company’s authorized key dealers. The goal is to increase brand preference, system adoption (tools + accessories), and repeat purchases.

Basic Salary : 200
car allowance: 65
petrol : 75
mobile allowance: 10

Gand toal: 350

Geographical Focus:

Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Nizwa (Ruwi, Wadi Kabir, Maabilah, Ghala, Salalah Industrial Area and similar trade clusters, Sohar Industrial, Nizwa Industrial etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Actively visit workshops, job sites, industrial areas and retail shops
Present and demonstrate Company Power Tools (corded & cordless) and Accessories
Explain system benefits, bundles and real-life use cases for trades
Execute in-store and on-site demo sessions
Convince users to switch from generic or competitor brands to

Build a local user database and WhatsApp community for repeat communication
Activate small dealers and connect them with existing Brand key dealers / main distributors
Support small shops in understanding Brand assortment, positioning and selling arguments
Drive traffic to Brand authorized dealers using the dealer locator logic
Support ongoing promotions and campaigns (Smart Trades, bundles, special offers)
Report visits, contacts, demos and market feedback in a structured way

Target Groups:


Tradesmen: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, garage workshops, contractors
Small & mid-size workshops and trade users
Small hardware shops and independent dealers


Profile / Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable approaching people
Experience in sales, promotion or tools/industrial environment is a strong plus
Basic understanding of power tools (product training will be provided)
Willing to travel daily within Muscat / Salalah trade areas
Structured, reliable and performance-driven


KPIs:
Number of shop & workshop visits per day/week
Number of demos executed
Number of activated users and shops
Number of connected small dealers to key dealers
Sales uplift: Power Tools + Accessories
Repeat purchase and system adoption


Objective of the Role:
Make Brand the preferred working brand for trades in Oman and expand distribution reach by connecting small shops and users to the existing Brand dealer network.
