Good experience with Tally Accounting Software
Good experience in Microsoft Excel and using formulas

JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be responsible for handling both accounting work and showroom/shop operations on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities
Handle all sales functions professionally for customers visiting the shop.
Manage daily walk-in customers and showroom operations.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Prepare daily sales invoices and record all transactions in Tally.
Maintain proper records of sales, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
Scrutinize cash vouchers, purchase invoices, and credit memos from suppliers.
Ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter and resolve their queries effectively.
Ask relevant questions and provide proper product information to customers.
Record customer details, orders, quotations, and pricing in the computer system.
Follow up with customers regarding their orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product inventory and product functionality.
Communicate clearly with customers about company procedures and policies.
Check and verify the quality and quantity of products received in the warehouse based on purchase orders.
Follow all assigned safety rules.
Inform the manager immediately of any potential risks or unsafe conditions.

Skills Required
Accounting System & Software – Tally
Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
Strong mathematical aptitude
Account analysis skills
Excellent time management
Cash handling expertise

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Must speak English and Urdu/Hindi
Arabic speaking is mandatory

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: OMR 200 – 300 per month

Accommodation provided by the company
Transportation provided by the company

Duty Timing
Saturday – Thursday
Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday: Off
