About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and persuasive Immigration Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through their international migration journey. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful enrollments by providing expert advice on skilled migration pathways to Canada, Australia, Europe, the UK, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client goals and assess their eligibility for various immigration programs.

Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Program Expertise: Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, visa categories (Skilled Worker, Job Seeker, Atlantic Immigration Program, etc.), and procedural changes.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and professional service throughout the process.

Documentation Support: Assist clients in understanding the necessary documentation required for initial assessments and file processing.

Market Awareness: Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine marketing and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Nationality: Filipino (due to specific market focus).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.

Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or the immigration industry is highly preferred.

Attitude: High energy, resilient, and a strong "closer" mindset.

Professionalism: Must be able to represent Uni Globe Consultant with high authority and corporate integrity.
