Role Description:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering presentations, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales processes effectively. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns and collaborating with teams to enhance service offerings. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Muscat.

Qualifications:
1. Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities and achieve business targets.
2. Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
3. Experience in delivering Training and mentoring to develop and enhance team performance.
4. Strategic mindset to implement marketing techniques and expand market presence.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
