Job Description – Visa Consultant

Al Buraq Group of Companies – Mobella, Oman

Al Buraq Group of Companies is urgently hiring 2 experienced Visa Consultants for our Mobella office. Male and female candidates currently residing in Oman are welcome to apply.

We are looking for professional candidates with strong experience in visa consultancy, especially in handling tourist visas for multiple countries, file processing, documentation, and client coordination.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete visa file processing from documentation to submission.
* Provide expert consultation regarding tourist visas for different countries.
* Review, verify, and organize client documents accurately.
* Guide clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and timelines.
* Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and related authorities when required.
* Maintain proper follow-up with clients and provide regular updates.
* Stay updated with international visa rules, policies, and travel regulations.
* Ensure all applications are processed professionally and within deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality and proper record management of client files.

Requirements

* Previous experience working in a visa consultancy is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of tourist visa processing for multiple countries.
* Excellent understanding of file processing and documentation procedures.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications.
* Candidates must currently be residing in Oman.
